Deze sterke groei vroeg om een grondige herorganisatie: nieuwe werkmethodes, evoluerende bestuursstructuur, versterking van de Stichting en de ontwikkeling van gedeelde beheersinstrumenten. Focus op kenmerken, financi\u00eble opbouw en samenwerkingen.<\/p><p data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1287\"><strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1143\">Lopende werven en nieuwe projecten<\/strong><br data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1146\" \/>Start van de projecten Odonstraat (Anderlecht) en Brand Whitlocklaan (Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe), in samenwerking met de Koning Boudewijnstichting en andere partners.<\/p><p data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1481\"><strong data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1326\">Vooruitzichten en prospectie<\/strong><br data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1329\" \/>Meerdere pistes onderzocht, waaronder voorstellen van gemeenten en scholen. Strategische keuzes dringen zich op inzake ritme en type operaties.<\/p><p data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1667\"><strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1503\">Huurgeldenbeheer<\/strong><br data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1506\" \/>41 gebouwen in beheer, 377 huurders. Aanhoudende groei met aandacht voor kwaliteitsvolle begeleiding en samenwerking met Logement pour Tous.<\/p><p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1843\"><strong data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1681\">Financi\u00ebn<\/strong><br data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1684\" \/>Recordinvesteringen, gedekt door huurinkomsten, giften, leningen en steun van stichtingen. Positief eindresultaat voor het boekjaar.<\/p><p data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"2037\"><strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1878\">Bestuur en werking<\/strong><br data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1881\" \/>Versterking van vrijwilligersgroepen, reflectie over interne werking en actualisering van het ethisch charter. Nieuwe website in voorbereiding.<\/p><p data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2219\"><strong data-start=\"2039\" data-end=\"2072\">Stichting PRO RENOVASSISTANCE<\/strong><br data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2075\" \/>Een steeds centralere rol in de patrimoniumstrategie, met de aankoop van Brand Whitlock en erfpacht voor de Odonstraat.
